感謝您使用「印簿玩」的產品和服務，
當您開始使用「印簿玩」，即表示您同意本條款，故請詳閱本條款內容。
如果您不願受所有使用條款約束，請勿存取或使用本服務。
由於服務種類繁多，因此某些服務可能會有附加條款或產品規定。附加條款將與相關服務一併提供；當您使用該服務時，該等附加條款即成為您與我們所訂協議的一部分。
2.使用Tooget
如果您是未滿20歲之未成年人，您必須在家長或監護人同意本條款後方得使用「印簿玩」。
使用「印簿玩」並不會將「印簿玩」或您所存取內容的任何智慧財產權授予您。本條款並未授權您可使用本服務中所採用的任何品牌標示或標誌。請勿移除、遮蓋或變造「印簿玩」所顯示或隨附顯示的任何法律聲明。
不論您是代表您本身或法人、公司、合夥或其他相類組織使用「印簿玩」，即表示您或該法人、公司、合夥或其他相類組織接受本條款。您或該法人、公司、合夥或其他相類組織必須就任何因使用本服務或違反本條款而引起或相關的請求、訴訟或法律行動(包括承擔所有因請求、損失、損害、訴訟、判決、訴訟費用和律師費用而產生的任何責任或費用)，向「印簿玩」及其關係企業、主管人員、代理人和員工做出補償。
3.帳號
您必須有「印簿玩」帳戶，才能完整使用「印簿玩」服務。
未經您的同意，我們絕不會將您的個人資料提供予任何與本網站服務無關之第三人，您的個人資料僅供履行訂單服務和行銷統計分析使用。若有正當使用途徑時，「印簿玩」會在活動時充分說明，並經您的授權許可後方才使用。
為保護您的「印簿玩」帳戶，請務必保管好您的密碼並對外保密。您必須為自己「印簿玩」帳戶中的所有活動負責。
請勿轉借、轉讓他人或與他人合用帳號，以確保您資料的安全性，倘若發現有盜用、轉借或合用帳號情況，「印簿玩」保有停止或終止帳號使用權利。
4.隱私權政策
我們可能隨時更改本條款。經修訂的條款在網站上發布後會即時生效。定期回顧網站和服務條款以獲悉本條款的任何修改，是每個用戶的責任。如您在該等修改生效後繼續使用「印簿玩」，即表示您同意並接受本條款。

我們建議你不要與任何人分享你的密碼。此外，你的個人識別資料駐留在安全的伺服器上，只有經挑選的人員和承包商有機會獲得這些資料。我們使用SSL數位憑證技術將某些敏感資料加密，以確保你的個人識別資料在傳送給我們時是安全的。
遺憾的是，任何通過網路或無線網路的資料傳輸都不可能100%保證安全。因此，雖然我們使用商業上合理的保全措施來保護資料，並尋求與會做同樣安排的公司做合作夥伴，但我們不能保證，傳輸到網站或從網站傳輸出去的任何資料之安全性，而且我們對任何第三方可能獲得該等資料的任何行動，概不負責。
基於市場推廣需要，「印簿玩」將不定期推送電子邀請函至部分用戶，其中包含免費體驗特定產品的邀請。「印簿玩」將保留瀏覽及使用此類型用戶上傳圖片的權利。此類型圖片將僅用於市場推廣，「印簿玩」禁止將此類圖片用於私人社交網絡，並確保用戶的個人信息安全，任何個人隱私都不會在推廣圖片中洩露。任何未被用於社交網絡、未被用戶分享過以及可能洩露用戶身份的圖片在未得到用戶同意之前，都不會被使用。用戶一旦提出異議，並要求撤銷發布用於市場推廣的圖片，「印簿玩」將依照用戶意願撤銷發布。
5.智慧財產聲明與保護
「印簿玩」的編輯軟體和網站中，所使用之「印簿玩」商標、「Tooget」商標、「印簿玩Tooget」商標、圖片、文字、版型、樣式、貼紙等物件著作權，皆屬「高毅影像國際有限公司」所有；而用戶編輯中產生之上傳照片、文字、圖片等物件則為原製作編輯者所有，雙方應就其提供之資料來源和著作權負法律責任。您不得使用未經授權之內容（如照片、圖片、文字）編排製作商品。您必須確認並同意自行編排之產品所使用之內容（如照片、圖片、文字等）非第三人所有，若有違法或侵權行為，用戶需自負損害賠償責任，對此絕無異議。
「印簿玩」所使用之軟體或程式，以及網站上所有內容，包括但不限於著作、圖片、檔案、資訊、資料、網站架構、網站畫面的安排、網頁設計，均由「印簿玩」或其他權利人依法擁有其智慧財產權，包括但不限於商標權、專利權、著作權、營業秘密與專有技術等。任何人不得逕自使用、修改、重製、公開播送、改作、散布、發行、公開發表、進行還原工程、解編或反向組譯。若欲引用或轉載前述軟體、程式或網站內容，必須依法取得「印簿玩」或其他權利人的正式書面授權。
在「印簿玩」網站中若有發現智慧財產權遭侵害之情事，請將所遭侵權之情形及聯絡方式，並附具真實陳述及提出合法智慧財產權之說明，並以電子郵件support@tooget.tw或來電+886 5 2710966 ext 33 聯絡我們。
6.授權事項
您透過本服務下單完成，並支付款項後，即代表同意授權「印簿玩」印製您在「印簿玩」製作的產品，無須再以書面契約方式簽訂授權。
您在「印簿玩」中，所進行的任何不當行為和言論，「印簿玩」保有刪除或禁止的權利。
因使用「印簿玩」所提供之配送為交易流程所必須，您同意並授權「印簿玩」將配送所必要之個人資料(如收件人姓名、收件地址、連絡電話等)，提供予貨運業者。
7.交易行為
「印簿玩」所提供之買賣服務，是由用戶自行編排、設計衍生之產品，本服務僅提供依照用戶自行編排、設計之個人化的產品製作與銷售之服務。每件產品均屬個人訂製，係非大量生產之商品，故本服務依消費者保護法及相關法令規定不提供網路購物七天鑑賞期之服務。用戶經由自行編排、確認完稿、已閱讀服務條款，並下單付款後始同意完成購買流程，不可任意取消訂單，如有本公司認為不適當，或使本公司蒙受損害，本公司可視情況拒絕繼續交易，取消訂單所產生之相關費用（如手續費等）用戶須自行負擔。
您在下單購物流程完成時，即表示您已確認所填具之訂單資料為正確內容，訂單資料包括但不限於收件人名稱、收件地址、聯絡電話、發票抬頭、統一編號、訂購產品規格、和數量等，若有資料錯誤，與「印簿玩」無關。訂單內容以下單時產生之電子訂購單為依據。
您在收到產品時，在未經使用前，非人為惡意損壞之缺頁、掉頁、裝訂錯誤等其他可歸責於本公司之情況（錯誤不包含紙張材質產生之差異，印刷產生之色差，色彩管理之標準以「印簿玩」保留解釋之權。），可於收到產品的七日內提出問題申請，本公司將在收到您的問題反應和確認問題歸屬後，視情況提供處理辦法。
基於市場推廣與回饋用戶，於「印簿玩」交易所將會產生紅利點數。但「印簿玩」保有最終修改與調整紅利點數使用方法之權利。
「印簿玩」將不定期推出優惠活動，活動之優惠與紅利點數使用發生重疊之情形時，依該次活動說明執行。且「印簿玩」保有最終修改活動之權利。
預購卡之購買，將於購買同時開立發票，請妥善保管，遺失恕不補發。
預購卡僅適用於購買之該商品，不得使用於其他商品且不得與其他優惠同時使用。
預購卡購買後，不可任意退換。如有退款或換貨之情形，因此產生之相關費用（如手續費等）用戶須自行負擔。
8.免責聲明
您在「印簿玩」的個人資料、帳號、密碼都將受到多重保護。對於您在部落格、社群網路、留言區等網路互動服務中，主動提供個人資料如電子郵件、姓名等，不在本條款的保護範圍內。
請妥善保管個人帳號與密碼，當您發現有帳號遭到盜用或任何安全問題時，您可透過聯絡我們通知我們，我們將盡快提供協助。倘若您的帳號密碼遭到盜用，且「印簿玩」無法辨識是否為本人使用時，本公司對其發生之損害，不負法律責任。
您同意在「印簿玩」所發表之一切內容僅代表你個人之立場與行為，並同意承擔所有相關衍生之責任，本公司不負任何責任。
9.修改與終止服務條款
我們會持續不斷變更並改進。可能會新增或移除功能或特性，也可能會完全暫停或停止某項服務。
「印簿玩」可能隨時停止向您提供服務，或對服務附加或設定新的限制。所以「印簿玩」保有最終修改或變更本條款之權利。
使用本服務註冊時，即代表您已同意提供您本人正確、最新且完整的資訊，並隨時更新維護資料。您提供的資料中若有任何錯誤、不實或欠缺必要資料時，「印簿玩」有權暫停或終止您的帳號，並拒絕您使用本服務。
10.使用語言、準據法及管轄權
因本條款所生相關爭議，均依中華民國法令辦理，並由臺灣嘉義地方法院作為排他之第一審管轄法院。
本條款有中英文版本，所涉文字如各版本有不一致時，以最新發布之中文版本為準。
Tooget Terms for Service

1. Welcome to Tooget
Thanks for using our products and services (“Services”). The Services are provided by 高毅影像國際有限公司 (“Tooget”). By using our Services, you are agreeing to Tooget terms for service (“These Terms”). Please read them carefully.
Please do not use our Services if you do not accept These Terms.
Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use Services.
2. How to use Tooget
If you are not of the legal age of majority in order to enter into contracts, your parent or guardian must agree to These Terms before you use our Services.
Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content that you access. These Terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Do not remove, obscure or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.
If you are using our Services on behalf of yourself or a business or a company, partnership, association, government or other organization (“Organization”), it means that you or Organization accepts These Terms. It will hold harmless and indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit or action arising from or related to the use of Services or violation of These Terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys’ fees.
3. Tooget Account
You may need a Tooget Account in order to use some of our Services.
We shall not provide your personal data to any third party unrelated to the website’s service without your permission. Your personal data will only be used in the performance of purchase order service and analysis of marketing statistics. If there are other uses of your personal data, we will fully explain it during the specific activity and will only use your personal data upon obtaining your authorization.
To protect your Tooget Account, keep your password confidential. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your Tooget Account.
To ensure the safety of your data, do not lend or transfer your data to others, or share the same account with others. Notify Tooget if you discover stolen, borrowed or shared Tooget Account. Tooget reserves the right to stop or terminate the use of Tooget Account.
4. Privacy Policy
We may modify These Terms or any additional terms from time to time. We’ll post notice of modifications to These Terms and modified additional terms in the applicable Service. Changes will be effective immediately after they are posted. You should look at the terms regularly. If you continue to use our Services after amendment to These Terms, you will be deemed to have consented to the modified terms.
If you are doubt on These Terms or anything regarding your information data, please connect with us by “Contact us” and we will reply ASAP.
We work hard to protect your information that we hold. Your personal data, account and password on Tooget will be heavily protected.
We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone. In addition, your personally identifiable information resides on a secure server that only selected personnel and contractors have access to. We encrypt certain sensitive information using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to ensure that your personally identifiable information is safe as it is transmitted to us.
Regretfully, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we employ commercially reasonable security measures to protect data and seek to partner with companies which do the same, we cannot guarantee the security of any information transmitted to or from the Website, and are not responsible for the actions of any third parties that may receive any such information.
We will send invitation emails, including experience programs of free products, to specific user for marketing. We reserve the rights of users about browsing and uploading in that program. The images and graphics on experience programs are used for marketing, you do not use that in privacy network. We ensure users’ personal data and never spread images and graphics on experience programs. We use that after we get your agreement. You can withdraw your agreement and ask for removing the content on experience programs. We will remove the content ASAP.
5. Intellectual Property Rights Protection
Tooget has the copyright to all objects, such as trademark, picture, text, layout, style and sticker, used in the Tooget editing software and website. The original creators/editors have the copyright to objects, such as photograph, text and picture, uploaded by users after editing. You and original creators/ editors bear legal responsibility for sources and copyrights of data provided. You verify and agree that the contents (e.g. photograph, picture and text) used in the product you have laid out do not belong to a third party; you must bear responsibility for compensating any damage or losses as a result of a violation or infringement.
Tooget platform software, programs and content on the website, including but not limited to productions, pictures, files, information, data, website structure, website layout and webpage design, belongs to Tooget or other right owners as intellectual property, including but not limited to trademark right, patent right, copyright, business secrets and proprietary technology. No one is entitled to using, revising, reproducing, broadcasting, adaptation, distribution, delivery, publishing, reverse engineering, recompilations or disassembly. Citing or reproducing the aforementioned software, programs or website content requires prior written consent of the Tooget or other right owners.
If you discover that your intellectual property right has been infringed on Tooget website, you may email Tooget for priority response by stating the infringement and providing the contact method, as well as a true description of the infringement and a legitimate certificate of intellectual property rights. 6. Authority
When you complete the process of ordering and pay for that by our Services, you are agreeing to authorize Tooget for copying and publishing your products made in our Services. Contract in writing is not required.
Tooget reserves the right to delete or prohibit any inappropriate conduct and/or comment you have made on the Tooget website.
As delivery is a necessary part of the transaction process in the use of our Service, you agree and authorize Tooget to provide the forwarding/delivery agent with the necessary personal data (e.g. recipient’s name, recipient’s address and contact number) for delivery.
7. Transact Behavior
The Tooget platform provides Services. However, our Services are based on products designed and created by users. The website only provides product customization and selling on behalf of users. Each product is a personalized creation rather than mass produced product, thus our Service does not provide refund for cancelling a purchase made within seven days of receiving the purchase according to Consumer Protection Act. Users should only agree to complete a purchase after editing and confirming final layout, reading the These Terms, and placing the order and making payment. Users should not willfully cancel purchase orders. If deemed inappropriate by Tooget, or Tooget suffers any damage or losses as a result, Tooget may decline to continue the transaction and any costs (e.g. administrative fee) resulting from the cancelled order must be borne by the user.
When you complete the process of ordering and purchase, it means you have verified that all purchase information entered is accurate. Purchase information includes, but is not limited to, recipient’s name, recipient’s address, contact number, company name, tax ID number, product specifications and quantity. Tooget bears no responsibility for any inaccurate information. The content of a purchase order is based on the electronic order form generated when you make the order.
You may submit your problem within seven days of receiving your product as long as it is unused, and in a condition arising from a cause attributable to Tooget (e.g. damage not arising from different paper material and printing color, the judgment is done by Tooget). After receiving your opinion and verifying responsibility of the problem, Tooget will provide solution to your problem depending on the situation.
For marketing and feedback to users, the transact behaviors generate bonus on Tooget. However, Tooget may modify or adjust your bonus.
Sometimes Tooget may hold promotions. The calculation of discount and bonus is explained by the promotion rules and Tooget.
We provide the invoice when you purchase Gift card. The invoice will not be reissued if lost.
Gift card is only use in specific product. Gift card do not be used in conjunction with other promotions.
In principle, Gift card is not exchangeable. In specific condition, any costs (e.g. administrative fee) must be borne by the user.
8. Disclaimer
Your personal data, account and password on Tooget will be heavily protected. These Terms does not protect any personal data, such as email and name, you voluntarily provide in the website’s interactive service, including blog, social network and message board.
Exercising due care to safeguard your personal account and password. If you discover that your account has been stolen or if you have any security issue, contact us for immediate assistance. If your account password has been stolen and Tooget is unable to identify if you were the user, Tooget shall not bear any legal responsibility for any resulting damages.
The content you publish is representing yourself. If you are in violation of the law or engage in inappropriate activity, you must bear the legal responsibilities.
9. Modifying and Terminating These Terms
We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.
Tooget may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.
By registering to use our Service, you represent that you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself, and to maintain and promptly update such information. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, Tooget has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse you access to any use of our Service.
10. Language, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction
The laws of Republic of China (ROC) will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services. All claims arising out of or relating to These Terms or our Services will be litigated exclusively in the Taiwan Chiayi District courts.
These Terms is prepared in both Chinese and English. In the event of any conflict in the construction or interpretation hereof, the last updated Chinese version shall govern.
